Barron Lighting Group Releases New Constant Power Emergency LED Driver

Powered by Barron Lighting Group, Exitronix exit and emergency lighting has added the LBDX Series Constant Power Emergency LED Driver to its portfolio of life-safety products.

The LBDX works with or without an AC driver to convert new or existing LED fixtures into emergency lighting. It provides constant power output to the load during emergency mode and is designed

to operate normally-on, normally-off, or switched fixtures. The LBDX is available in 5- to 13-watt configurations with 20- to 50-volt output and includes an illuminated, remote-mounted test button. This versatile driver features two flexible conduit whips, is suitable for field installation, and can be mounted to the top of the fixture or remote mounted up to 20 feet. The unit is UL-listed for damp locations, and IC-rated for use in insulated ceilings. The LBDX is a CEC Title 20-compliant fixture.

“The Exitronix LBDX’s low-profile configuration and flexible conduit make the series easy to install in most pre-installation and on-site applications, providing emergency illumination without the need for additional fixtures,” said Heather McCune, VP/Operations of Barron Lighting Group.
