Eurofase Announces Leadership Changes

Lighting and heating solutions manufacturer Eurofase has announced three significant leadership appointments in a move to drive growth in 2025 and beyond.

Bill Pink has joined Eurofase as VP/Global Operations & Finance. With a distinguished career spanning over two decades in financial leadership and operational management, Pink brings a wealth of expertise in driving organizational efficiency and financial performance.

“I am honored to join Eurofase and contribute to its mission of delivering exceptional lighting and heating solutions,” said Pink. “I look forward to collaborating with the talented team to build on the company’s success and ensure operational excellence.”

Michael Bitton, a 16-year veteran at Eurofase, has been promoted to VP/Business Development. In this strategic position, he will lead the company strategy and identify new growth opportunities, forge impactful partnerships, and expand Eurofase’s presence in key markets and channels.

Bitton was instrumental in the creation of Eurofase Heating and will continue to drive growth, exploring new verticals in order to better serve its customers. With his extensive experience and deep industry knowledge, Bitton will advance Eurofase’s long-term objectives and strengthen its reputation for excellence.

Richard Caputi has been promoted to VP/Product Design. With a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for innovation, Caputi has been instrumental in shaping Eurofase’s design philosophy and delivering products that resonate with customers. In his new role, Caputi will lead the company’s product design strategy, ensuring Eurofase continues to set industry benchmarks for quality and elegance.
