ArchLIGHT Summit – the fastest growing lighting trade event and educational platform for the architectural, specification, and design communities – has opened a call for speakers and exhibitor registration for its 2025 show.

The fifth annual event – taking place Tuesday, September 16 and Wednesday, September 17 at the Dallas Market Center – will welcome lighting designers, architects, interior designers, specifiers, and students to experience new products, network, and attend a wide range of accredited seminars, panels, and interactive experiences.

Speakers are encouraged to submit proposals that align with the show’s mission to be boldly different and actively inclusive. Next year’s conference tracks are: Business Strategies + Development; Collaboration; Lighting Deep Dives; and Sustainability + Responsibility. Sessions that move beyond traditional presentations are highly preferred, favoring experiential learning and genuine, collaborative discussions. Topics should highlight the latest advancements in the industry, including innovative technology, design practices, business strategies, and more. To submit a proposal, click here

For exhibitors, the ArchLIGHT Summit has opened registration and offers a unique opportunity to connect with some of the most influential professionals actively seeking cutting-edge commercial lighting brands. Due to high demand (exhibitor registration space sold out last year), DMC encourages interested participants to register early this year to secure their spot and avoid missing out on this opportunity.

Exhibitor benefits include exposure to a vast array of professionals including: architects, lighting designers, specifiers, interior designers; consulting firms and integrators; electrical engineers, contractors, and distributors; construction professionals, and students. Exhibitors will also benefit from one-on-one conversations with attendees, on-floor networking events, turn-key booth packages, and the support from leading local lighting agents. Custom sponsorship and marketing packages are available to enhance visibility.

The popular Light Bites stage returns to the show floor for 2025, featuring educational sessions led by top industry leaders and including presentations, panel discussions, and interactive demonstrations. Attendees can gain insights into lighting design, technology, and sustainability, while earning CEU credits to meet their 2025 professional requirements, with sessions suited for all skill levels.

Additional highlights include events sponsored by industry associations and media, offering networking with association members and editors. Notable gatherings include the Women in Lighting + Design (WILD) networking event, opening night happy hour, hosted food and beverage events, on-floor educational experiences, giveaways, raffles, and a dedicated Student Day. The Showroom Spectacular will feature tours and hospitality events in participating lighting showrooms.

ArchLIGHT Summit organizers work closely with an Advisory Board of distinguished industry leaders who provide valuable perspectives for shaping the event and its educational programming.
